The magnitude of the reward of people who built mosques
We know that the life of the world is not eternal. Soon thereafter will pick up. The world is just a place of test and mortality. It should be for a believer who believes in heaven and hell, preparing supplies to weigh down the benchmark of virtue. For the sake of true and eternal bliss.
Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) said, "The clever one is the person who can evaluate himself and perform (devoting all potential) to the benefit of the dead. While the weak is the one who follows his desires then dreams of Allah. "(HR.Tirmidzi)
Between the best of these supplies is, one of them is building a mosque. The place of emanation of Islam and the faith, the unity of the Muslims in the prayer of the congregation, the place to glorify the name of Allah in prostration and ruku ', the madrasah for the Muslims; with the occasions of knowledge.
What a great reward for those who are involved in building them. It is the reason for the achievement of great deeds. His practice was recorded as a charity, whose wages continued to flow, even though he had lived in the grave.
The Messenger of Allah (?) said, "If a person dies, then the practice will be interrupted except for three things (ie): charity, knowledge, and prayer." (Narrated by Muslim 1631)
In another hadith it is more specific. Whereas the Messenger of Allah said, "Surely among the practices and goodness of the believer who will meet him after his death is: the knowledge taught and disseminated, the abandoned children, the Qur'an's heirs, the mosque he built, the home of ibn sabil which he built, the rivers he watered for the public, or the shadaqah that he spent from his property during his time and during his life, all this would meet him after he died. "(Narrated by Ibn Majah and Baihaqi).
The mosque is the most favorite place of God on earth. So as Allah loves the mosque, then surely Allah is very pleased with His servants who generously give up their wealth or their hard work, to build the place most beloved by Rabbul'aalamin. The Prophet said, "The place most beloved by Allah is a mosque, and the place most hated by Allah is the market." (Narrated by Abu Hurairah).
Even God made the building of a mosque, as a sign of faith. Allah SWT says, "Only those who worship the mosques of Allah are those who believe in Allah and the Last Day, and keep up prayer, pay the obligatory charity and fear (to anyone) other than Allah, they are the ones expected group of those who are guided "(QS At Taubah: 18).
Included in prospering the house of God, is to build it. There are two kinds of prosperous mosque; concrete and abstract. The concrete is to build a mosque or take care of it after the completion of the construction (physical-related).
Then the abstract is, prospering the mosque with the practices of shalih, such as prayer in congregation, i'tikaf, using the mosque for the assemblies, reading the Qur'an and so on.
Who does not get tired of home in heaven. Prophet Muhammad SAW said,
"Whoever builds a mosque (for hoping for the face of Allah), Allah will raise the same building in heaven." (Narrated by Bukhari and Muslim).
When building a house in the world, it takes hundreds and even billions of dollars. It took months. Only to build a temporary home, which will soon be abandoned. You should also provide heavy material and hire a craftsman. So to get a home in heaven, which is unimaginable for its luxury and luxury, you are just enough to take part in building a mosque in the world.
Building a mosque there are two ways, namely the first to build directly with his own hands or energy. Second, building with his property, by donating his property to building a mosque.
The person who goes through these two ways, enters the priority mentioned in the above hadith.
In another narrations mentioned, Whoever builds a mosque because of God, though only the size of the place where the bird spawns, then God will raise for him a house in heaven ... "(Narrated by An Nasai).
It means as little as you can; namely in the form of wealth and energy (willingly) in building a mosque, you will get this reward.
Another meaning is, to explain about people who are joint in the construction of mosques. Even if the person is a joint venture, and what he is capable of is not much, then he still gets the rewards mentioned in the hadith.
Look at how merciful Allah SWT is, to His servants who do good deeds. Although not how much he contributed in building the mosque, God did not waste it. What is seen is sincere intention to do good, even though the nominal money that he is able to donate is not much. The Allahua'lam bus shows.
