Teach the Orphan Mother of Pekalongan to Create with Processed Mushrooms
Friday (26/7), Yatim Mandiri Pekalongan held a training for orphan mothers who received the BISA Program (Orphan Mother Prosperous). The training is in the form of training to create processed mushrooms, one of which is mushroom chips. Located at Yayuk's house as the BISA Program coordinator.
A total of 7 orphaned mothers attended the training led by Ira. She had previously participated in the training and seminar on Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) held by Lemah Abang Village. Besides that, Yayuk also helped. The orphan mothers looked enthusiastic in following the process of making the mushroom chips.
Meanwhile, Ahmad Rizal, the Program Staff of the Pekalongan Yatim Mandiri, said that Lemah Abang Village is a producer of quality mushrooms. However, farmers tend to directly sell it, without being processed first. "The potential of this village is very good, through the BISA program, it is expected that the orphan mothers can process mushrooms first after harvest, becoming mushroom chips. So that the mushroom has a good selling price," Ahmad Rizal said. (Sad)
